Admin Items Evaluation

The Evaluation Section grants you the ability to give evaluations to the Items. You can create any number of evaluations you would like with CSP Plus.

Evaluation Dashboard

This table will show your list of Evaluations Template Name

• Evaluation Template Name - The name of the Evaluation

Add New Evaluation Template

To Add a new Evaluation - Click the Add New Evaluation Template Button

Evaluation Template Name

• Enter in a Unique name for your Evaluation

Add a Question

• Enter in a Question you would like to add in for the Evaluation

Ordering

• This is the order of the question
  
  • Enter in a number - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ect

Save Template

Click on the Save Cost Category Button
