Documents
The Documents Section you have the ability to upload documents to your Items file. You can upload as many Documents as you wish.
- Name -Name of the Uploaded File
- Assigned To - The Manager its assigned to
- Read - The manager Can mark the Document as been Read or Seen
- N/A - Managers Read Action is not required
- No - Manager hasn't yet approved the Documents
- Yes - Manager has approved the Document
- Actioned - The Manager can mark the Document as an ACTIONED has taken place.
- N/A - Managers Read Action is not required
- No - Manager hasn't yet approved the Documents
- Yes - Manager has approved the Document
- Last Updated - When the file was last updated
- Documents Date - When the Document was Uploaded
- Action - This is where you can download the document to your computer
Add Document
- Click Add Document Button
Assigned To
- Assing it to a Manager
- Note: Only a Manager that is tied to the Employee can Review it
Attachment's Date
- Enter in the Date you wish to place the Document with
Requires Read
- If you wish the Manger of this Asset to Read and Approve this Document turn it to ON
Requires Action
- If you wish the Manager of this Asset to Take action on this Document turn it to ON
File
- Click Choose File
- Then find your file on your computer that you wish to upload
Notes
- You can enter in notes in this box
Download File
This will either Open the File with the appropriate program or save it to a file location on the computer.
