CSP Plus Admin Employees Support Section

 

Admin Employee Current Position

Employee Current Position these headings can be divided into different names allowing the category to be given as many individual designations as required.

This Section is for you to create new Positions that are in your Company Current Position Drop Down List.

Note: If you are setting up your company for the first time it would be best to create a New Category First

In the table this show you all of your Positions that are Tied to what Category

Add New Position Type

To Add a new Position Type - Click the Add New Position Type Button

Status

  • Active - Show Position
  • Inactive - Hidden (Won't show up in Current Position List)

Position Name

  • Enter Positon Name
  • Examples: Administrative Assistant, Heavy Equipment Operator, General Foreman, Driver, Blasting Foreman, Equipment Operator

Category

  • Select a Category that the Position is associated to
  • To Add a New Category - Click here

Position Average Salary

 

Enter Salary if you choose (Not Mandatory)

Save Position

Click on the Save Postion Button
