Cost Reports

This is a way for your Company to do a search on cost that are tied to Assets. If you are looking for a specific Vendor you can find that one vendor and just for Vehicles for a report.

Resource Type

• Select the Resource you would like to search for

Resource Category

• Select the Resource Category you would like to search for

Cost Category

• Select the Cost Category you would like to search for

Vendor

• Select the Vendor Category you would like to search for

Location

• Select the Location you would like to search for

Date

• You can search for a Date between From and to
• The Date can be manually edited
• The Calendar can be used to select a new Date

Parts

• Enter in a cost your are looking for
• You can search a price from 100.00 to 200.00

Note: Do not enter the $

Labour

• Enter in a cost your are looking for
• You can search a price from 100.00 to 200.00

Other

• Enter in a cost your are looking for
• You can search a price from 100.00 to 200.00

Tax

• Enter in a cost your are looking for
• You can search a price from 100.00 to 200.00

Total

• Enter in a cost your are looking for
• You can search a price from 100.00 to 200.00

Notes

• You can search for keywords in the notes field
• Enter in some words to search for

Attachment Name

• Enter in the attachment name to find the file you are looking for

Cost Has Attachment

• Yes - It will find cost with only attachments
• No  - it will find cost with out attachments

Output to

• Screen
  • Show on the Screen
• Excel
• Outputs a file to in .xls
