This table will show your list of Safety Incident Severity

• Severity Level - The name of the Servility Level

Add New Incident Severity

To Add a new Category - Click the Add New Incident Type Button

Status

• Active - Item is active
• Inactive - Use when you don't want to see it in the dropdown

Safety Incident Severity Type Name

• Enter in a Unique name
  
  • Baby Toe, Bodily Injury, Equipment Damage, Foot Left, Right Toe, ECT

Save Incident Type

Click on the Save Incident Type Button
